JOHN JEROME

John has successfully marketed diverse companies, products and services nationally and internationally for more than 25 years. He primarily focuses on business and consumer technology clients, helping launch many companies and products for AT&T Wireless, Microsoft, UPS Online and US WEST NewVector (now Verizon).

John has extensive experience in developing strategic marketing communication plans and positioning strategies, and managing plan implementation from creative concepting to print and media placement. He has also developed programs leveraging public relations; print, broadcast and online advertising and marketing collateral; multimedia presentations; websites; direct mail; brand identity; packaging; cross-channel promotions; product launches; and event execution. John also co-founded the technology company ImageX.

Prior to JBA, John founded Parallel Communications, a privately held company that became one of the largest advertising and marketing agencies in the Pacific Northwest.

KAREN BRUHN

For more than 15 years, Karen has served as a senior creative director and agency partner for corporate and agency marketing and design. A few of her clients have included General Electric, United Technologies, GEA Corporation and Wyatt Worldwide.

Karen has extensive experience in global brand campaign development and implementation; brand positioning and development; advertising and marketing collateral; and content management. Additionally, Karen has sourced and directed specialized teams on behalf of clients worldwide and in over 40 languages to manage brand identity through public relations, strategic partner relationships, social media, SEO and SEM.

MARTIN LEVY

Martin Levy is a veteran PR and media relations expert specializing in high profile campaigns for companies and C-level executives. Martin is very competitive and likes to win. His mantra: You win by creating results, and by playing right.

Martin brings 30 years of experience helping companies spring to market, evangelize new ideas or gain critical mind share, take market-leading positions—all the good stuff! In his free time Martin enjoys spending time with his wife, dogs and cats, biking, hiking or looking for a great beach to walk on.

ERIC PLOTTS

Eric is a SEM and SEO expert, and utilizes cutting-edge strategies that exceed the results of the modern approach used by today’s marketing agencies. With a firm understanding and knowledge of how to obtain competitor data, in combination with applying “new-age” methodology and concepts, Eric is able to achieve all around success with advertising and organic ranking in the search engines results pages.

In addition to SEO and SEM, Eric strategically customizes a process to fit the specific business client and ensure a positive ROI, by prioritizing certain steps during the planning process and utilizing different methods from business to business.

RACHEL LEE COPPOLA

Rachel is a social media expert who specializes in social media and online reputation management, inspiring clients to embrace social media while aligning their practices with their brand. Across corporate, non-profit and other industries, she has extensive experience in social media planning, competitive analysis, blogging, active content management, communication with key online influencers, and generation of measurable results.

Rachel has also implemented structured and creative strategies for gathering leads and putting together professional teams of skilled marketers to achieve the results business.

ALEXIS RAVEY

Alexis has been writing, editing, proofreading and optimizing copy to help diverse clientele effectively communicate with their target audiences for nearly 15 years. Based on activities from creative concepting to campaign development, she has produced print and digital deliverables including but not limited to brochures, ads, SEO websites, flyers, sales sheets, case studies, direct mail, emails and scripts. Complementing this skill set, she also has a professional certificate in Technical Communication, reaffirming her ability to fight fluff with fact in marketing while promoting readability in technical documentation such as user guides, white papers and training materials.

After starting her career with global advertising agencies in San Francisco and New York City serving multimillion-dollar accounts, she evolved into serving businesses directly and in partnership with agencies. She has also been the managing editor of two technology publications. Today, she continues to focus on the reader by producing captivating yet contextually accurate copy that they clearly understand and consistently respond to.
